Barbara Fiero
Barbara Fiero has over 15 years of practice specializing in federal, state, and local government contracts on behalf of the federal government or government contractors. She has conducted numerous contract negotiations, explained various government contract regulations, drafted bid protests, and participated in claims/disputes. In addition to working for the federal government as a former contracting officer and government contracts attorney, and later as an associate at a global law firm, she has spent 5 years working in-house for large corporations supporting their government contract law needs. Over the last five years, she has spent more time helping small businesses with their government contract legal needs.
Barbara Fiero graduated from the George Washington University School of Law in 1996 and is licensed to practice law in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
